On Wednesday, June 20, 2012, the DCG will provide ideas and feedback for activities to be incorporated with the film "The Dialogue", a documentary that helps to increase cross cultural undestanding between American and Chinese students. A toolkit will be created to complement the film in order to enhance high school students' understanding of the cultural differences between the United States of America and China. The DeWitt Creativity Group is honored to assist in the creation of lesson plans and other curricular considerations as parts of the toolkit. Clearly, this work is relevant to the International Club at DeWitt High School as well. It is also the intention of the DCG to include DHS students in the process of giving suggestions to maximize the impact of the film. Special thanks to Dr. Dawn Pysarchik, Associate Dean of International Programs at Michigan State University and filmmaker, Arnd Wachter for including the DCG in this very important project.
